Its Saturday Jan 21, 2012. The polls are open and today I voted in my first Republican primary. New this year; its an open primary. Interesting turnout @ the polls, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Libertarians,,,all standing in line waiting their turn to vote.
They certainly have improved the voting down here. The booths are set up like an ipad. Touch pad screens a couple of touches to the screen and your done.
The thing that concerns me is that every candidate that ever registered was on this very long list. I hope the seniors dont get confused and touch the name of the candidates that have dropped out –two this week alone!!
